MMDA Inns--"GWAPOTEL"

MMDA Inns--will this contribute to the rising prices of food, oil, and other consumable products? But wait a minute, what's this new INN in town?

MMDA Team headed by Chairman Bayani Fernando is currently building low cost MMDA Inns which they call "GWAPOTEL" for workers and other transients. For only Php25.00, you can already have a very comfortable bed and air-conditioned room. Lodging costs Php20.00 excluding the use of their bathrooms which costs Php5.00 for an eight minute bath, i repeat... eight minutes! Eight minute bath is just fine since their customers are busy workers who need to arrive on time. I'm not sure if the shower rooms are like the public urinals, hehe! Hope it's clean...

For those who are interested to try the MMDA Inn, MMDA will have a grand opening on May 1 in line with the celebration of Labor Day.
